How to create a LiveFleet user account for a customer

Send the following information to Zoho-ITOperations@bs-shipmanagement.com
  1. First name & Last name
  2. Company
  3. email address
In response, you will receive the newly created user credentials:
  1. AD account (starting with the prefix cwa.....)
  2. Password
Then go to Admin PAL > LiveFleet/CWA > Manage Users

Enter the AD account in the search field

Click amend, and select the company type "Ultimate Owner", then select the company under which the user should be registered.

Once the user is registered, make sure that you edit the "Name" and "Email". These fields are auto-populated with the AD account, but you will have to replace the default entries with the actual name and email address of the user.
