How to send a Purchase Order for owner's approval in LiveFleet?
Select the PO in Purchase PAL
Go to Purchase > Transactions > Purchase Order > Click on the hyperlinked PO Number
In the
Create Purchase Order page, while creating a purchase order, mark the
Owner Approval Req. option and click
Approve in order to send the corresponding PO to LiveFleet for owner approval.
PO Approval in LiveFleet
All the created POs from Purchase PAL, which are waiting for the owner approval will get available in the
PO Approval page of LiveFleet.
Go to LiveFleet > Purchase > PO Approval
On selecting the
Pending filter condition, all the purchase orders pending for owner’s approval for the selected time period will get listed in the grid. Select the required PO and make use of the
Approve button for PO approval.
Note: On approving the purchase order, the status of the corresponding PO will get changed to
Finally Approved in the
Create Purchase Order page of Purchase PAL.
