How to send FAX

  1. Go to https://mbox.cyta.com.cy/owa
  2. Login using the fax number that you would like to send fax from using the format (fax_number)@cytafaxservice.com.cy and the password that will be given to you.
  1. Example

Username: 25745245@cytafaxservice.com.cy

Password: xxxxxxxxxx

  1. For the To: section you need to write the telephone number with the format [fax:(fax_number)]
  1. Example

[fax:25745245]

  1. Fill the subject section
  2. Write what you need to send and/or attach a document.
  3. Click Send.
  4. You will receive a receipt whether or not the fax has been successful.
