I don't see the Queries & Feedback option in the LiveFleet mobile menu. Is it not enabled for me?

I don't see the Queries & Feedback option in the LiveFleet mobile menu. Is it not enabled for me?

In the LiveFleet mobile app, you can see the list of messages that you have sent and received by tapping the "Queries & Feedback" option in the menu.



This option is not visible when the company selected in the dashboard is an SMC. To see this option, please tap on the company name and select an owner. 

As an example, you can see below that the company at the top of the overview page is BSM China. In this case, the Queries & Feedback option is not available.
