LiveFleet Access Rights - A user does not appear in the search results

Issue

You are trying to give access rights to a colleague or client, but it is not available when you search for it in the User field:


Resolution


The User is from a different company/location

As a LiveFleet Officer, you usually have admin rights only for users who are linked to your company (e.g. BSM Cyprus). You do not have the permission to give access to colleagues in other locations. In this case, please send a request to Zoho-Livefleet@bs-shipmanagement.com


The User is not registered under the correct company.

A user is registered in PAL under a specific company. For historical reasons, it is possible that the company under which they are registered is incorrect or outdated.


The User is registered under a former client

If all vessels of an Ultimate Owner have left management, the company is no longer considered as a client of your SMC. If that is the case, you will not be able to find the user, as it is no longer linked to your company.
