LiveFleet password policy

When LiveFleet users change their passwords, they are required to follow our password policy.

The new password:
  1. Should be at least 8 characters in length.
  2. Should not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.
  3. Should not reuse last 5 passwords.
  4. Should contain characters from three of the following four categories
    1. English uppercase characters (A-Z)
    2. English lowercase characters (a-z)
    3. Numeric digits (0-9)
    4. Special characters (eg: !, $, #, %)

Note
For external users of LiveFleet (i.e. BSM customers), passwords do not expire.
For internal PAL users, our company policy applies, and therefore your password must be changed every 90 days.
