This release brings the following features and improvements:
Option to configure the types of attachments to be displayed in Financial Reports
In all LiveFleet financial reports, users can already drill down all the way to the transaction level and view the relevant supporting documents (e.g. Invoices, Purchase Orders, Transactions...).
SMCs now have the option to configure the types of attachments they want each of their clients to see. This is available as an owner-specific configuration in the page Report Parameter Settings.
How to configure the attachment types for an owner
- Go to PAL > Financial Reporting > Administration > LiveFleet Report Parameter Settings
- Select an owner
- Click "Financial Reporting"
- Select the Attachment types that should be visible to this owner in LiveFleet
By default, all attachment types are selected. If you want to disable a specific type, just untick the relevant option.
You can also see the history of changes made to this configuration by clicking the History (
) button a the top-right corner of this page.

The attachment types selected for each owner are now mentioned in each report page of the Financial Reporting PAL module. Before you publish the report you see why types of supporting documents will be published to LiveFleet.

When you drill down to the transaction details and open the Attachments popup, you will now see the attachment type indicated below the file name. This makes it easier to find the relevant document, as the file name is sometimes not clear enough.
Other fixes & improvements
Crew Profile - Medical document types
Fixed an issue in the Report Parameter Settings page that resulted in Document Types not being saved properly.
Owners for which the Medical Certificates tab is enabled can now see the document types Medical Report and Medical (Flag).
