LiveFleet release notes - Version 4.1.21 - 03-Apr-2020

This release brings the following features and improvements:

Improvements to the Voyage > Operational Overview page (Tabular view)

Several issues were fixed in the tabular view page:
  1. New column headers to match the corresponding fields in the Voyage PAL logs
  2. Fixed some of the fields which had stopped populating
  3. Overall performance improvements so that the page loads faster


New email address for LiveFleet notifications

All email notifications are now sent from the address bsm-livefleet-notifications@bs-shipmanagement.com. The new display name "BSM LiveFleet Notifications" replaces the old "noreply" address and makes it easier for users to quickly identify the sender in their email inbox.




Improved period selection in the Financial Reports tile


The period selection now filters the reports based on the reporting period instead of the date on which the report was published.

As an example: Q4 2019 is now visible when you select the period Jan 2019 to Dec 2019, even if the report was published on 15-Jan-2020.



Usability improvements for Suppressed groups in all Financial Reports

Suppressing a group allows you to prevent LiveFleet users from viewing the details. You can find more about this feature here.
  1. Earlier this year (see release notes 4.1.18), we disabled the hyperlinks that were opening empty popup windows for suppressed groups. This now applies as well to all historical reports published before the change in February 2020.
  1. Suppressed groups are now clearly identified in all Financial Reports. Users who publish the reports can instantly know which accounts will not include transaction details in LiveFleet.

The above colour-coding is only available in the Financial Reporting PAL module. This does not have any impact on the Financial Reports that are visible in LiveFleet.
