All internal LiveFleet users (BSM & BS colleagues) can now download the LiveFleet mobile app for iOS and Android. Please refer to the oneHUB intranet announcement for more details.
In connection with this release, we are also bringing changes to LiveFleet on the web. These features are now available to all Schulte Group employees and will be enabled for owners with the official launch of LiveFleet mobile in September.
Here is what is new:
Under your profile picture, you now have an option "Download the mobile app" .
This will give you 2 options:
1) Send a download link to your email address:
Open the email from your mobile device to get a direct link to the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
2) Scan QR Code:
Open the camera app on your device or a dedicated QR scanner app to scan the QR code. You will be redirected to the download page corresponding to your device.
Reports that you bookmark on the mobile app will also be available on the web.
For now, we have enabled this feature in the Variance Reports page. If you find this useful and you would like to see this option available in more pages, please let us know!
We heard that you wanted an easier way to communicate in various areas of LiveFleet. You can now start a conversation from anywhere by clicking the new Queries & Feedback icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
You can tap on the "Queries & Feedback" menu to view and respond to messages from other users.
You still have the option to give us your ideas for future improvements of LiveFleet, in fact we highly recommend that you do so! This button used to be labelled "Send LiveFleet Feedback". We have now renamed it to "Suggest a feature" for better clarity.
