What type of event constitutes a "Non-compliance"?
The tile "Vessels with Non-Compliance" will show data based on the following events recorded in the LPSQ PAL module.
1. PSC detentions
If a PSC inspection is recorded with the result "Vessel Detained", this will appear in the tile as follows.
2. Vetting failures
CDI and SIRE inspections recorded with the result "Unacceptable" or "Unsatisfactory" will appear in the tile as follows:
