Who reads my Queries & Feedback?


At the moment, everything goes to the LiveFleet team and a small number of beta testers.

This is to ensure that the notifications are working well and also gives you the opportunity to easily give us feedback. We read and reply to all messages, so please feel free to get in touch via the app!




For the external release, we will have all messages directed to the relevant person based on the roles assigned in the PAL Vessel Distribution page. Please make sure this information is up-to-date for all your vessels.
