How to add deficiencies when report is under 'Submitted' status
To add additional deficiencies when a report is under submitted status, the report should be under unlocked state.
The button to unlock the report is available under the Deficiencies Tab and on clicking the description, the lock/unlock button enables at the top right corner.
Please find the below steps to unlock a report to add deficiencies:
1. Audit and Inspection Page : Select the report for which the report deficiency has to be added.
2. Click on the report to open the basic details and the deficiencies tab.
3. Click on any description from the deficiencies tab.
4. The Lock/Unlock button gets enabled.
5. Click on unlock button to enable add button to adding deficiencies.
