Root Cause is mandatory for Severity(s) Deficiency in Audit and Inspection

Root Cause Details are mandatory for Severity Deficiencies in Audit and Inspection

In order to save a deficiency, it is mandatory to have Basic/Root cause details in Audit and Inspection.

The Basic/Root Cause is governed by two factors, Personal Factor and the Job Factor. User must select one of the factor mandatorily to save.
Similarly, for Immediate Cause, Substandard Acts/Practices or Substandard conditions should also be selected mandatorily.

Following validation message appears if we have missed to enter 'Basic/Root Cause' : 



Under the Cause Analysis tab under deficiencies we need to capture the 'Basic / Root Cause' : 



Under the 'Basic/Root Cause', user must select and save either one of the factors (Personal Factor or Job Factor)
