Cargo Operation - Points to note while adding one

For opening the cargo operation page:

Voyage >> Log Voyage Activity >> Cargo Operation 

1. Attachments are mandatory for saving the cargo operation. 
   
2. Cargo details have been set to enter only after F.W.E is logged against the respective voyage leg. 
   
3. User will be able to pick the Commencement Date/Time only after F.W.E (Finish ith engine) is logged by vessel. 
   
4. User will be able to pick the completion Date/Time only before the Stand By Departure is logged by vessel.
